I have a L2350DT Kubota. I am considering purchasing a tiller to use in my garden. I have mostly sandy soil. How would it compare to using a 16 blade dics for soil preperation? How much slower would it be than the disc? I have never used a tiller behind a tractor before.

In a single pass the disks will be quicker, but you will need to pass over the ground a number of times. For a garden you need to plough it then disk it and finally harrow it to break up the large dirt clods.
The tiller will be much slower but one pass should prepare the ground. ....
